Anyone living within our practice area is welcome to register with us. Currently our only exception is to anyone who has previously shown violent or intimidating behaviour to any member of our staff.
East Street Surgery Practice Area
East Street Surgery practice area is approximately an 8-mile radius of South Molton. A detailed map is kept in the reception office and also displayed in the waiting room.
We will happily register anyone living within the designated area and they can register with a usual GP of their choice.
However we do not register new patients outside this area except in the case of incoming family members of families already registered outside the practice area (i.e. new births and elderly relatives)
For historical reasons we have some patients who live outside the practice area, but we do not take new families outside the designated area, unless the above exceptions apply.
Existing patients moving outside the practice area will be identified by the change of address procedure and asked by the reception team or Practice Manager to re-register elsewhere. If there are any queries/doubts ? please discuss with the Practice Manager.

Change of Address
Please let us know as soon as possible about any change of address or phone number. If you are ex-directory it is very helpful to us if we can have your telephone number. We will keep it confidential along with all the other information we hold. You can inform us by e-mail of any changes
